A&T Property Solutions is owned and operated by Tye Holdom, based in Bellbird. I’ve worked in multiple industries across NSW and Australia, from building and construction in Sydney, piling and drilling on major infrastructure projects throughout NSW, and operating various heavy plant in all kinds of challenging conditions across Australia, I pride myself on always being able to get the job done.

I grew up in Laguna and Wollombi, and returned to settle in Bellbird with my young family. I started A&T Property Solutions to offer a reliable, professional service for local landowners and businesses who want quality work, value for money and local solutions. Being part of the community, I’m committed to delivering results you can depend on and will treat your job with the same care and respect as if it was my own property.

With a 3.5t excavator, flail mulcher, various attachments and a 5 tonne tipper, we specialise in the jobs that larger machines can’t reach. Steep terrain, tight access, delicate digs - we can help.
